Website Privacy Notice

Evenstead Software Pty Ltd (“Evenstead Software”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates evensteadsoftware.com. This notice covers the website and invitation landing pages. Our Foreday Privacy Policy covers the app, accounts, cloud budgets and support reports.

Website requests

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To respond to a request and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested address and request time. Cloudflare operates a global network, so this processing is not limited to Australia. Its privacy policy describes its handling of information as a service provider.

We have not added advertising, marketing trackers, visitor analytics, embedded social feeds or third-party fonts. Our website code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Hosting and security processing by Cloudflare is separate from our website code; we do not promise that visiting the site produces no technical records.

Foreday example

The interactive example uses fictional accounts and amounts. Changes stay in memory for the current page visit and are discarded when you reload or reset the example. They are not submitted to us or connected to a bank, a Foreday account or an actual budget. An example export is created in your browser and saved where you choose.

Please use fictional information in the example. A file you save remains on your device or with the storage provider you choose until you remove it.

Invitation links

Invitation links contain a budget identifier and invitation secret after the # character. That part of an address is handled by your browser and is not sent as part of the HTTP request to our website host. The landing page checks the link locally and can pass it to Foreday when you choose to open the app. The website does not retrieve your budget or complete membership approval.

The invitation page has no analytics, cookies or browser storage. A person or messaging service receiving the full link can see its contents. Keep invitation links private and ask the budget owner to replace an exposed link. Sign-in, owner approval and other membership checks take place in Foreday.

Contacting us

If you email support@evensteadsoftware.com, Google Workspace processes your address, message and any attachments so we can respond. Website contact links open your email app; there is no contact form or mailing-list signup. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary financial or health information.

Our support retention schedule is 12 months after resolution, subject to a specific legal or security need. Mailbox review and cleanup are manual operator steps. Providers' technical records and backups have their own retention arrangements. The Foreday Privacy Policy explains support handling and the choices available for in-app reports.

Your requests

Email support@evensteadsoftware.com to ask about personal information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a complaint. We review requests manually, verify identity proportionately and explain the outcome and any necessary retention. You can appeal a decision by replying to it. Where applicable, you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or your relevant US state privacy regulator.

We do not sell personal information or use this website for behavioural advertising. No marketing opt-in is required to read our policies or contact us.

Changes and contact
